No Obligation
The audit is provided free of charge and there is no obligation to purchase any further services from Braystone.
Eligibility
This audit applies only to websites built with the WordPress content management system.
Access Requirements
To complete a full audit, temporary administrator access to your WordPress dashboard and/or hosting environment may be required. These details will be used solely for the purposes of carrying out the audit and will not be stored or reused once the audit is complete.
Confidentiality & Data Handling
All information accessed during the audit — including usernames, passwords, and any other data viewed within your website or hosting account — will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party.
All access credentials will be deleted once the audit report has been delivered, and no copies of login details or data will be retained by Braystone.
No System Changes
No changes will be made to your website, hosting, or server configuration as part of the audit. However, it is strongly recommended that you take a full backup, or confirm that a recent backup is available, before granting access.
Liability
While every care is taken during the audit, Braystone cannot accept responsibility or liability for any downtime, outages, data loss, or other issues that may occur on your website or hosting environment during or after access has been provided.
Recommendations
This audit gives you insights and recommendations – implementation is not included. I will provide a quotation to implement all fixes as part of my report.
All findings and recommendations are provided in good faith and based on industry-standard tools, data, and recognised best practices. Implementation of recommendations is at your discretion and risk.

Any personal information you provide (such as names, email addresses, or contact details) will be processed in accordance with Braystone’s Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting mark@braystone.co.uk.
